Common questions

Does the app store personal location data?
No. GPS tracking is optional, active during responses, and Who's Responding does not store personal location history.
Will it actually reduce our response times?
Yes — alerts often arrive before pagers finish toning, and officers see live headcounts instead of waiting to count boots at the hall.
Is it suitable for volunteer departments?
It was built for them. Flat annual pricing, no per-member fees, and full support for members without smartphones.
Can members customize their notifications?
Every member chooses how they're alerted — push, SMS, voice call, email — and can use Virtual Pager mode to auto-play dispatch audio.
Does it support multiple stations?
Yes. Multi-station departments, mutual aid monitoring and county-wide deployments are all supported.
