When the location of a callout is known, Who's Responding can provide turn-by-turn directions, complete with voice prompts, from the user's location to the destination, just like the GPS in a car, saving valuable time that may have otherwise been spent searching for the location.
45-day Free TrialThere are several ways the app can be provided with the destination coordinates. If the destination is a fixed location such as a fire hall, the location is already known when the system is set up for your organisation. For scene locations, the address can be determined from a dispatch message, or by members using the "Plot Location" feature.
If the app has not been provided with the destination address, members can alternatively use the search feature to manually enter the destination address they need directions for.
